My Cambridge Diet Weight Loss Journey - Week 3

I'm losing more now and I'm moving onto the Regular Program which allows me to eat a real meal ranging from 400-800 calories because I'm so tall. I'm very excited to start eating healthier meals. I've been researching healthier versions of my favorite foods and I think I've found some great solutions so I don't have to give up what I like.

As for my weigh-in, I'm down 5 lbs. at 263 and down to 48 3/4" waist. Things are going great!
