My Cambridge Diet Weight Loss Journey - Week 25 - I reached my first goal!
Well folks, as I mentioned in last week's blog post, I would definitely lose the extra weight I had gained the week before. I have also reached my original weight loss goal. I am now 220 lbs which means I have lost a grand total of 60 lbs and 9.5" from my waist in 6 months!
One odd thing that happens from time to time is that my waist grew back 1/2". This is only temporary and could be due to water retention. By my weigh in next week it may drop back down. I'm not concerned, nor should you be if this happens to you. We stretch and shrink along the way to our proper weight and size. The most notable difference is in my face. I'm posting some before and after pics for you to see for yourself.

Since I'm still not where I want to be waist size-wise, I will continue to lose weight until I feel like I'm my proper size. My BMI says I should be around 195 lbs. Cambridge recommends to go 5 lbs below your goal weight to give a little room for fluctuation. Let's see how I look when I reach 200lbs.
I did celebrate and indulge a little after my weigh in so I may be back up next week LOL. No worries, I'll get it under control.
