So I've found a way to sneak in 2 meals instead of one by splitting my calorie allowance into 2 lower calorie meals. It's working out very well though the weight loss is slowing down to a normal rate. This week I'm at 260 lbs. but my waist stayed exactly the same. Onto Week 5!
