My Cambridge Diet Weight Loss Journey - Week 7

Interesting experience this week. I've lost another 2 lbs but my waist went up 1/4". I'm not sure what happened there but I'll take the 2 lbs. I've also made a testimonial video for the Cambridge Diet Company thanking them for my success losing 25 lbs. Onto week 8!
